Hi, I’m Ryan. I am a personal trainer and online coach based in Tunbridge Wells, Kent. 


Firstly, well done on starting the process of hiring a personal trainer, asking for help can be a tough thing to do, but it really does accelerate the process and increase the likelihood that you will be successful in your endeavors, saving you time and money in the long run. 


I believe that the ultimate goal for all of us is an improved quality of life. This involves building a strong mindset and a well functioning body free from pain and injury. 


I work with people that want to build stronger muscles, more robust joints and improve their relationship with food enabling them to achieve a body-shape they can be proud of.  




About Me.

I have been a personal trainer for 10+ years now and get a great sense of fulfillment from helping others achieve their health and fitness related goals. Now I want to help you achieve yours and become the best version of yourself! 

I have worked with clients to overcome injuries such as ligament tears, joint replacements and back pain to get back to playing sports and chasing after their kids. 

I have worked with clients who have neurological conditions such as M.S, hemiplegia and chicory tooth disease, achieving drastic improvements in their strength and confidence in their bodies.

My passion for health, fitness and self development is innate. I love to be challenged and test myself, experience new things and learn as much as I can along the way. I  come from a sporting background having played semi-professional football, competed in Crossfit and Olympic weightlifting in the UK and Europe and more recently completed a photoshoot with the UK’s number 1 fitness photographer and taken part in cycling sportives across the South East. 


During these endeavors I have learned a lot about what the human mind and body is capable of. How to fuel your body for performance, build muscle and lose body fat, whilst managing a busy work and family life and staying injury free.

Being in this industry for over a decade I have learned that even if people know what to do in the gym or with their eating habits, there is often something still holding them back, stopping you from taking consistent action and actually following through with it. This is why I have started to delve deeper into the human psyche and have been studying to become a counsellor. Specifically psychodynamic counselling which looks at how your past effects the way you behave today and the role of the subconscious mind on our habits and ultimately how we are programed to show up in the world on a daily basis. It also means I have experience working with clients with mental health conditions such as anxiety and depression, eating disorders and ADHD. 


Having an understanding and experience with all of this allows me to have a more holistic approach, giving me an awareness of the interplay of all these factors and how best to manipulate them to suit the outcomes you desire. 


I really believe in a client centred approach where you are in the driving seat and I am the Satnav that will guide you to your destination in the most simple straight forward route possible. So if you want to know more, click the button below to begin your journey!

You can work with me in a number of ways from face to face personal training, to online coaching, depending on which level of contact you need. 

If you are a gym or collective community you can can also book an in person workshop upon weekend .

Personal Training.

Held in our state of the art private studio, in the heart of Tunbridge Wells. 


An environment where you can feel comfortable exercising without having to battle for the use of equipment. 


The equipment available has been hand-picked to ensure you get the most effective workouts possible. 


Face to face sessions allow for a more hands on experience, where you will learn  exactly how to perform the exercises needed for your goal, in a way that is tailored to your individual anatomy.


This really is the gold standard of exercise. 

Online Coaching.

A more cost effective option, if you need the training structure and accountability to work towards your goals, without the in person contact. 


You can expect

  • Workouts tailored to you and the equipment you have available to you.

  • Exercise analysis and feedback to ensure you are performing them effectively

  • Progress tracking.

  • Accountability, program updates and support.

  • Nutritional guidance.
